I recently stayed here for 1 night and had a lovely experience. The rooms were spacious with fine views of the river, and the staff was cute and attentive this visit exceed my expectations. I also appreciated the convenient location which made accessing local attractions a breeze.

The rooms were spacious and had amazing views of the river. Shuttle drivers were super friendly and even took us to a cool spot for craft beer. The bar area was really chill, perfect for unwinding. Just wish the in-room dining had more options for late-night snacks.

Enjoyed the spacious guest room with two double beds and stunning views of the James River. The bathroom featured modern amenities with a large rain shower, though the lack of non-slip strips was slightly concerning.

The jacuzzi and pool water temperatures were disappointingly cold, which really hindered the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Additionally, I noticed some less than pleasant interactions in the parking garage, where people were smoking, potentially detracting from the overall safety and atmosphere of the place.

The staff offered cheerful service at check-in, which made us feel welcomed immediately. Shuttle service was a game-changer for us. It was convenient for getting to local attractions, saving us from parking hassles. On the downside, the jacuzzi water left much to be desired. it needed to be warmer for a relaxing soak. Also, the noise from outside the room disrupted our peace a bit. Despite these issues, I’d definitely recommend staying here for the overall atmosphere and hospitality.

great park views and easy access to richmond's landmarks

We appreciated the easy walk to the Virginia Capitol Building and enjoyed the beautiful views at Richmond National Battlefield Park. The free shuttle was a highlight of our trip, allowing us to explore more with ease.

After a good night’s sleep, we enjoyed some downtime at the heated pool, which was a real treat! One little thing to note was that the jacuzzi was on the cooler side, but that didn't take away from our great experience overall. 🏊‍♂️
